My standard rate is $110 for 90 minutes of professional massage work tailored to your needs.  That is 90 minutes on the massage table.  Plan for two hours for your first appointment that will include completing a one-page intake form, postural analysis, and discussion of your needs and methods to address them.  I occasionally need more than 90 minutes of table time to address all your concerns, so allow for a little extra time for regular appointments.  Let me know when setting your appointment or at the beginning of your appointment if you have time constraints.  You will appreciate my focus on you rather than on the clock. 

Payment methods include cash, credit or debit cards, and Venmo.

I can schedule you for appointments during the day on weekdays and weekends.  I no longer offer evening appointments except in special circumstances at my discretion.

My work includes a variety of techniques:

- Swedish Massage works well for calming, centering, and relaxation.

- Neuromuscular Massage involves correcting posture, improving range and ease of movement, increasing strength, and resolving stubborn muscle tightness.

- Sports Massage is invigorating as it stimulates muscles in preparation for athletic activities.

- Range of Movement issues can be addressed with assisted stretching.

- Heated rice bags or electric heating pads are often utilized to apply heat to muscles in preparation for deep massage work.  They are also used for relaxation and centering.

- Levels of applied pressure are tailored to your comfort level and the objectives of the therapeutic strokes being used.  

I work well with clients experienced with massage work and equally as well with clients new to massage.  All of your questions will be addressed with respect and concern for improving the quality of your massage experience.
